The Global Markets Risk Unit Area (GMRU) handles fair value valuation, independent price verification, valuation adjustments, market and counterparty credit risk control, economic capital calculation, and quality assessment of front office models, all within regulatory frameworks.

The GMRU Advanced Analytics Team collaborates with quantitative and analytics teams to develop methodologies and tools for risk management processes and regulatory projects. The team includes quantitative analysts and data scientists.

About the job:

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop mathematical models and tools for the Global Markets Risk Unit, including IPV, AVAs, and risk measurement.
  2. Collaborate with risk managers and front office teams to ensure models meet risk management standards and regulatory requirements.
  3. Ensure compliance with coding, testing, and development standards.
Qualifications:
  1. Degree in mathematics, physics, engineering, actuarial sciences, economics (quantitative), or related fields; Master’s in quantitative finance, big data, or similar is a plus.
  2. At least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Knowledge of financial markets, derivatives valuation, and risk management.
  4. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, C#, or Python; knowledge of machine learning is advantageous.
  5. English proficiency at B2 or higher.
