Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Data Scientist in Windsor with a hybrid schedule (3-4 days on-site). The role focuses on building a modern analytics capability, data products, and ML initiatives to drive business value.

You will work with senior stakeholders to deliver forecasting models, data platforms, and AI-driven solutions while creating insightful dashboards for leadership.

Qualifications

• Strong data science or analytics background with commercial experience.
• Excellent SQL skills and experience with large datasets.
• Experience building data models for analytics and reporting.
• Exposure to forecasting, ML, or statistical analysis.
• Experience with cloud data environments, preferably Snowflake.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Designing scalable data models within a modern cloud data platform.
• Improving data quality, standardisation, and reconciliation across sources.
• Performing entity resolution and fuzzy matching to create trusted records.
• Developing forecasting models to support business performance.
• Building ML and predictive analytics solutions for business challenges.
• Supporting AI-driven document processing and information extraction.
• Creating Power BI dashboards and reports for senior leadership.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into analytics.
• Contributing to data governance, testing, and QA processes.
