Job summary

Harnham in Windsor is seeking a Data Scientist to join a growing organisation investing heavily in data, analytics, machine learning, and AI. Hybrid role with 3-4 days in the office, offering the chance to work on projects that have tangible business impact and to shape the data science capability from an early stage.

You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to design and deliver ML, forecasting, and data science solutions that drive measurable business outcomes, developing production-ready

Qualifications

• Strong commercial experience in data science or related disciplines.
• Experience developing machine learning models and deploying analytical solutions into production.
• Strong knowledge of Python and statistical modelling techniques.
• Experience with Snowflake or similar cloud data warehouses.
• Understanding of data modelling principles including dimensional and star schemas.
• Experience with Power BI and data visualization best practices.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes, version control, testing, and SDLC practices.
• Strong SQL and data manipulation skills.
• Knowledge of forecasting techniques and predictive analytics.
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy ML models for classification, forecasting, identity resolution, and automation.
• Design and implement scalable data models within a Snowflake warehouse.
• Build analytical solutions and data products supporting reporting, applications, and AI initiatives.
• Create and maintain Power BI data models, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
• Support production-ready data science solutions via Azure DevOps CI/CD processes.
• Monitor model performance, validate outputs, and ensure data quality and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Contribute to AI/automation initiatives including integration of large language models and AI-driven workflows.
• Support data governance, security, and compliance across projects.
