Job summary

Harnham - Data and Analytics Recruitment is assisting a PE-backed business in Windsor to grow its data and analytics capability. In the Data Analyst role, you will work across data science, ML, and data modelling projects that support operational and commercial decision-making.

The team is investing in data, AI, and cloud technologies to improve processes and drive growth, delivering reporting, forecasting, and ML solutions in partnership with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong Python skills with commercial analytics experience.
• Experience with data wrangling and data cleaning.
• Experience designing and maintaining data models.
• Experience with Snowflake and/or Databricks.
• Knowledge of predictive modelling, forecasting, and classification techniques.
• Experience working with cloud-based data environments.
• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Clean, transform, and prepare data from multiple sources.
• Build and maintain data models within a cloud data platform.
• Develop predictive models for workforce, occupancy, and operational forecasting.
• Work with Snowflake or Databricks to support analytics and machine learning use cases.
• Create features and datasets for modelling and reporting.
• Deploy and monitor machine learning models.
• Support data quality, governance, and documentation.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and deliver analytical solutions.
