A leading insurance firm based in Guildford is seeking a Data Scientist. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges through data experimentation and predictive modeling. The ideal candidate has strong experience in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualisation. This role offers around £50,000 per year along with flexible benefits. Step into the spotlight as a Data Scientist in our UK Commercial Customer Analytics team, where you'll collaborate with cross functional partners to uncover business challenges, design bold data experiments, and build predictive models that drive smarter decisions.
Your expertise in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data visualisation will transform complex datasets into powerful insights, shaping strategy and customer experience across the business.
With a sharp analytical mindset, exceptional problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate findings clearly to both technical and non technical audiences, you'll play a pivotal role in turning data into impact and innovation.
This will be a hybrid role based out of our Guildford office.
Pay: Circa £50,000 per year
Pay is based on relevant experience, skills for the role, and location. Salary is only one part of our total reward package.
