Role Overview: Responsible for overseeing and managing advanced audience creation, assessing programme effectiveness, reviewing adoption consistency, spreading best practices and new capabilities, and maintaining the audience and insight development roadmap.
This hands-on role involves working directly with data and analytics, collaborating across various organizational parts, and coaching and mentoring others with extended partnerships across disciplines and markets.
You will be part of a team of audience insights specialists dedicated to understanding audience behavior and preferences. As experts in consumer data, analysis, and MarTech, we gather valuable insights to help clients make informed decisions and develop effective marketing strategies using Omnicom's proprietary platform, Omni. We seek curious colleagues eager to learn more about data, insights tools, and industry needs.
