Job summary

Mentor Talent Acquisition is seeking a data scientist to turn product usage, customer and commercial data into insights that shape our next growth phase. You’ll work with Commercial and Product teams to close data gaps and deliver actionable analyses.

Key projects include revenue forecasting, adoption analysis, churn risk scoring, CRM data enrichment, and executive reporting. You’ll build dashboards and models to drive decisions across our AI-driven investment tools, collaborating across teams.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL skills for complex datasets.
• Solid Python for data wrangling, analysis and visualization.
• Hands-on experience with BI/dashboarding tools.
• Familiarity with product analytics platforms like Amplitude or Mixpanel.
• Comfort working with CRM systems and data.
• Clear communicator who turns data into narrative.
• Nice to have experience in B2B SaaS or fintech.

Responsibilities

• Revenue and cashflow forecasting using product usage data.
• Feature adoption and engagement analysis by firm type and tenure.
• Churn and account health scoring to flag at-risk customers.
• CRM data quality audits and enrichment pipelines.
• Sales funnel analysis to identify conversion patterns.
• Executive reporting with a weekly leadership digest.
