Capgemini Invent’s frog Data team is hiring entry‑level data/AI enthusiasts to shape the future of CX analytics. You’ll apply data insights to marketing, customer and commercial initiatives, with hands‑on work in behaviour analytics, dashboards and storytelling.

Based in London with hybrid flexibility, you’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, learn from senior experts, and develop practical skills in data science, BI tools and modern analytics approaches.

Qualifications

• CX Data & Insights SME – Hands-on experience working with data within behaviour analytics, marketing, CRM, commercial, web, CDPs or product analytics with core focus in customer experience.
• Data visualisation using BI tools to present insights effectively.
• Collaborative team player with cross-functional collaboration to translate business challenges into data products.
• Excellent written and spoken communication with data-driven storytelling for stakeholders.
• Innovative mindset with interest in latest data, AI, ML, and data science advancements.
