Job summary

Reed seeks an experienced Data & Reporting Business Partner to own reporting across a diverse housing portfolio, building automated, accurate dashboards and insights using Power BI. You will work with operational leaders to drive performance improvements and ensure data quality.

Desirable skills include cloud platform experience and GDPR compliance, with hybrid working in London (Holborn). The role emphasizes partnering with stakeholders to translate complex data into actionable business

Qualifications

• Advanced Power BI expertise, including DAX, data modelling, Power Query and row-level security.
• Experience automating complex reporting processes end-to-end.

Hybrid - London (Holborn) £45,000 Permanent, 37.5 hours

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Data & Reporting Business Partner to join a leading housing and property services organisation. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives on transforming complex data into meaningful insights that support business performance and strategic decision-making.

The Role

You'll take ownership of reporting across a diverse housing portfolio, developing automated, accurate, and insightful reporting solutions through Power BI. Working closely with operational leaders and stakeholders, you'll build trusted dashboards, improve data quality, and deliver analysis that drives performance improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports and data models.
• Automate reporting processes using Power Query, DAX and dataflows.
