Qualifications

• Experience leading complex rectification data projects.
• Proficient in SQL/SAS for data sourcing and analysis.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis for rectification projects and report progress, risks and issues at key forums.
• Plan and prioritise work across a small portfolio of rectifications.
• Use advanced data techniques to identify and quantify customer impact of rectifications.
• Provide insightful information to guide business decisions and drive process improvements.
• Mentor junior analysts and, where appropriate, manage a small team of analysts.
