Back To Work is recruiting a Data Assistant Technician in the North East region. You will help manage and analyse business data, ensuring records are accurate, well-organised and accessible to support decision-making.

You will work with multiple departments to maintain client data, generate reports, and contribute to data quality and protection efforts in a professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling client and business records.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple data sources.
• Comfortable working with numbers, data, and spreadsheets.

Responsabilités

• Input, update, and maintain client and business records.
• Review data for accuracy and identify inconsistencies.
• Assist with preparation of spreadsheets, reports, and summaries.
• Support management of financial and operational databases.
• Process information from clients and internal teams.
• Help generate reports for managers and stakeholders.
• Maintain confidentiality and secure data handling.
• Assist with data cleansing and quality improvement.
