Job summary

Talk Staff Group Limited is seeking a Data Administrator to join a busy data team, supporting the accurate creation, maintenance and validation of data across multiple business systems.

The role focuses on data quality, migration support, routine and ad-hoc reporting, with opportunities to develop data management skills in a collaborative environment and exposure to a range of systems.

Qualifications

• Experience working with data and maintaining accurate records.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience using SAP, Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Understanding of data protection, confidentiality and compliance.
• A methodical approach and the ability to manage routine and ad-hoc tasks.

Responsibilities

• Create, update and maintain master data records across business systems.
• Support data migration through data cleansing, validation and transformation.
• Identify and resolve duplicate, incomplete or inconsistent records.
• Complete daily report refreshes and respond to ad-hoc data requests.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Support the wider data team with queries, validation and routine activities.
• Assist with the creation and maintenance of training and data documentation.
