Job description

We are seeking an ideal candidate who excels both as a team player and an independent worker. This role requires a proactive individual capable of prioritizing heavy workloads with initiative. Precision and attention to detail are crucial, as the candidate must systematically identify and resolve anomalies and data errors.

Responsibilities
  1. Assist with processing incoming data, including integrity checks to ensure it meets survey criteria.
  2. Support clients with survey protocols and sample drawing guidance.
  3. Develop and utilize macro code for data integrity checks.
  4. Liaise with clients to resolve data and sampling issues.
  5. Prepare data formats for distribution and track survey activities.
  6. Monitor response rates, flag issues, and escalate as needed.
  7. Send reminders to non-respondents.
  8. Store personal data securely and manage data destruction.
  9. Verify outgoing data and prepare reports for clients.
  10. Amend and merge data sets as required.
  11. Collaborate across departments to ensure survey accuracy and efficiency.
  12. Utilize bespoke databases for file management and workflow creation.
Skills and Experience
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word, with a desire to learn technical aspects.
  • Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to multitask and organize effectively.
