Job summary

JSS in London is seeking a Data Quality Manager for a Banking (Lending) project on a contract basis to drive data excellence within the Data Process team. You will help build a Data Quality Rules system and contribute to an AI-driven approach to ensure accurate error results.

The role requires UK banking experience, strong data governance and data management skills, and familiarity with regulatory reporting data needs.

Data Quality Manager – Banking (Lending) – London

A Data Quality Manager is required by a mid-tier bank in London on a contract basis (Outside IR35) to work with their Data Process team identifying and implementing data excellence.

They are building a Data Quality Rules system involving an AI engine so need someone to help them create well-designed rules to ensure accurate and sensible error results coming out.

You will

• Define Data Quality rules for automated data monitoring systems
• Identify data quality issues in process flows
• Work on Data Governance initiatives

You will require

• Experience of working within a UK bank
• A good understanding of UK banking data
• Data governance and data management experience
• Broad knowledge of Data requirements for regulatory reporting
• Experience with Cloud Data platforms (ideally GCP)

This is a key role in the bank’s automation and AI strategy and you will have access to a variety of stakeholders across the business.
