Job summary

City St George’s, University of London is seeking a Senior Data Quality Officer to ensure accuracy and integrity of student data, support statutory reporting, and drive data governance across the university. You will work with Schools and Professional Services to improve processes and ensure audit readiness.

The role requires degree-level education or equivalent experience, with strong skills in data analysis, reporting tools and databases, and knowledge of GDPR compliance.

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
• Experience with student record systems (SITS) and data governance.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Experience with GDPR and data quality monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Develop and monitor reporting frameworks for statutory returns and data quality.
• Analyse data quality issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with Schools and Professional Services to improve processes.
• Support audit readiness and data governance compliance.
