Job summary

acinrecruit is seeking a Data Management Analyst – AI Governance in London with hybrid working. The role supports data-management and responsible-AI governance within a regulated environment, blending data quality, metadata work and AI-monitoring responsibilities.

The successful candidate will ensure data remains accurate and well-governed while enabling safe, transparent AI use. Strong SQL/Python, data-literacy and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst with data-quality, metadata management and analytics exposure.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for data analysis, profiling and controls.
• Experience designing/operating data-quality rules, profiling routines or automated validation controls.
• Experience with structured and unstructured datasets.
• Knowledge of metadata concepts: classification, lineage, taxonomies and ontology modelling.
• Familiarity with AI concepts including model monitoring, drift and bias detection.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain data-quality rules, profiling routines, controls and dashboards using enterprise data tools.
• Assess data to identify anomalies, trends, and risk areas; document data lineage and governance frameworks.
• Build AI-monitoring controls for model performance, fairness and bias; support validation activities.
• Contribute to AI risk assessments and governance documentation.
• Collaborate with protection, risk, compliance and tech teams to ensure governed data and AI solutions.
