Royal United Hospitals Bath NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an EPR Data Quality Analyst to drive data accuracy for the Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire EPR migration. You will review patient information, correct data, and work with reports to resolve quality issues, supporting the broader EPR implementation.
The role offers full training; familiarity with Oracle Health Millennium and NHS patient admin systems is advantageous.
Are you highly organised, detail-oriented and passionate about data accuracy? We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as EPR Data Quality Analyst, supporting one of the most significant digital transformation programmes across the Bath, Swindon and Wiltshire (BSW) healthcare system. As part of the implementation of a shared Electronic Patient Record (EPR), you will play a vital role in ensuring patient information is accurate, complete and ready for migration into the new system. Your work will directly contribute to patient safety and support clinicians in delivering high-quality care.
Working within the EPR Data Quality Team, you will review, validate and correct patient information held within our existing systems. You will use a range of reports to identify data quality issues and make appropriate corrections to ensure the successful migration of patient records.

Full training will be provided, although experience or knowledge of Oracle Health Millennium and NHS patient administration systems would be beneficial.
