BMW Group Farnborough is offering a Data Protection Placement in July 2027. You will join the Data & Information Protection team and gain hands‑on experience across risk monitoring, policy maintenance, and incident handling while working with multiple business units.
You will help deliver training, promote awareness, and contribute to Privacy by Design initiatives within a global automotive group. Eligibility requires a 2.2+ degree in a related field and right to work in the UK.

The Data & Information Protection team is responsible for providing expert guidance to the business across all relevant data privacy and information protection obligations. This includes compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (where applicable), the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR), Binding Corporate Rules (BCR), the BMW Group Information Protection Framework, and all associated national legislation, statutory instruments, and codes of practice.
