Job summary

PIB Group is seeking a Data Protection Business Partner to work with multiple departments across the UK to ensure our data protection policies are current and effective. The role is office-based with travel to business units, including overnight stays as required.

You will support compliance with data protection legislation, conduct reviews, and provide guidance on data protection and information security while collaborating with Group teams. Flexible benefits and remote Fridays once trained.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Highly organised with strong planning and reporting abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications (Teams, Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Experience in data protection, compliance or audit is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support cross-group compliance with data protection laws and PIB policies.
• Conduct thorough compliance reviews, documenting findings and risks.
• Provide ongoing guidance on data protection, records management and information security.
• Foster a culture of data protection compliance across the Group and assist the DPO as needed.
