Job summary

Revolut in the United Kingdom seeks a Legal Counsel to advise on privacy, data protection and AI issues, supporting the business across jurisdictions from London or remote/hybrid locations.

The role requires 4–6 years of PQE, exceptional academic credentials, and proven privacy, data protection and AI regulatory experience in the UK and/or EU. You will collaborate with global teams to enable rapid growth while staying compliant.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of PQE required.
• Excellent academic and law firm credentials.
• Experience advising on privacy, data protection and AI matters in theUK and/or EU.
• Sound judgement and ability to handle ambiguity.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Advising the business on privacy, data protection and AI legal issues across product structuring and marketing.
• Ensuring privacy and GDPR compliance in product review and development processes.
• Drafting and negotiating data protection and AI clauses with third parties and Revolut entities.
• Coordinating complex international data transfers and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.
• Liaising with regulators and global legal counsels to support multiple regions.
