We are seeking a Data Project Manager to join our Group Data Function, supporting global insurance business units. This role requires strong project management skills and experience with data-driven projects. Experience with data lakes and analytics is preferred but not mandatory. You will oversee multiple projects, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing risks, stakeholders, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Execution: Manage end-to-end delivery of data technology projects, ensuring timely completion.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business and technical teams to align project goals.
3. Risk & Issue Management: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
4. Process & Workflow Improvement: Enhance project management practices and structures.
5. Technical Coordination: Work with technical data teams and other technology groups.
6. Communication & Reporting: Provide clear updates to stakeholders.
7. Adaptability: Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of project management experience, with familiarity in Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing projects in data technology, analytics, or cloud initiatives.
• Preferred experience in the insurance or financial services industry.
• Stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to set expectations and manage timelines.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical concepts.
• Familiarity with project management tools like Monday.com, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Confluence.
