Job summary

Vallum Associates is seeking an experienced data product lead in the UK to drive data foundations for Operational Resilience and related data domains. You will own the roadmap, articulate product requirements, and coordinate delivery with cross-functional teams in a regulated banking context.

Collaborating with Data Engineers, Analysts and Governance, you will shape data models, data contracts, and metadata policies while ensuring a consistent consumer experience and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering data products or analytics outcomes.
• Strong understanding of data governance and architecture concepts.
• Experience translating stakeholder needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

• Lead data product delivery of data foundations for Operational Resilience.
• Own the roadmap and backlog for one or more data products.
• Translate stakeholder needs into product requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Drive end-to-end delivery through the data product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with Data Engineers, Analysts, Architects, and Governance teams to define data models and contracts.
• Publish Data Products to Data Fabric with documentation and guidance.
• Prioritise delivery using Agile practices and manage dependencies across teams.
• Oversee data quality assessment and continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption and stakeholder engagement including training materials for consumers.
