Job summary
Bupa is seeking a Data Product Owner to shape data products across Commercial, Clinical and Operational teams. You will define the vision, roadmap and delivery, working with data partners, analysts and engineers to enable insight-led decisions and better customer outcomes.
The role leads dashboards, data models and governance, ensuring data quality and compliance, while mentoring a small team and driving adoption in a hybrid working model.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of data modelling, governance and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the vision, roadmap and backlog for data products across Commercial and Clinical & Operational domains.
- Collaborate with Data Business Partners and stakeholders to translate business priorities into data solutions.
- Lead end-to-end delivery of dashboards, reports and data models with analysts and data engineers.
- Ensure data products are governed, documented and align to data quality and compliance standards.
- Monitor product performance, adoption and impact; drive continuous improvement.
- Champion user-centred design to create intuitive data products.
- Manage and develop a small team of analysts; provide coaching and direction.
- Bridge between business and technical teams; align priorities and timelines.
- Support adoption through training and change management activities.
