Job summary

Halfords is seeking a Data Product Manager for our Central functions to shape and deliver the data strategy tied to a major ERP transformation. You will partner with Finance and People leaders to translate business needs into data products and reporting capabilities, ensuring alignment with the wider transformation and measurable business benefits.

Qualifications

Senior data/product/technology partner with Finance exposure.
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence across large organisations.
Experience in large-scale, multi-year transformation programmes.
Strong executive presence and clear communication.
Experience developing data roadmaps across multi-year programmes.
Commercially minded with ability to articulate business value of data and tech investments.
Experience with ERP transformations, migrations or upgrades would be welcome.
Understanding of modern data, BI and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Own the data roadmap for Central functions (Finance & People) within the ERP programme.
Translate requirements from Finance/People into clear product priorities and delivery plans.
Act as primary data partner for Finance and People, building stakeholder relationships at all levels.
Define and deliver reporting, analytics and data products to improve insight and decision-making.
Coordinate delivery across Data, Technology and Central teams; manage dependencies.
