• Shape the portfolio vision with the director, engaging teams and stakeholders in its evolution.
• Prioritise development work through a value-driven portfolio backlog; line manage, coach and mentor a multi-disciplinary team.
• Set strategic communication approaches to keep stakeholders informed and promote product uptake.
• Lead on using product data and user feedback to drive continuous improvement and evidence-based design.
• Assure product roadmaps, release plans, and lifecycle strategies from inception to retirement.
