Capital Group is seeking a Data Product Manager Lead to define and drive the vision for enterprise data products that are reusable, trusted, accessible, scalable, and secure. You will turn data into products that directly impact our business, our associates, and our clients — owning the full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and ongoing operation.

You will be the voice of the customer within our data and engineering organization, and the “glue” that holds a cross-functional product

Qualificações

• Experience defining and driving enterprise data product vision.
• Proven leadership of data product teams in a cross-functional environment.
• Strong SQL and data analysis/visualization skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive AI forward across products, advocating value-driven use of AI.
• Define vision and own roadmaps for enterprise data products.
• Lead end-to-end delivery and operation of data products.
• Represent UK/EU partners and balance regional needs with global strategy.
• Build and manage a team of data product managers and analysts.
