Job summary

M&G is seeking a Senior Data Product Manager in London to own a portfolio of data products, shaping demand and prioritising backlogs. You will translate business needs into clear requirements, define data contracts and collaborate with data engineering, analytics and AI teams to deliver trusted data products that drive investment decisions and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in data product management or senior business data analysis within Asset Management or Financial Services.
• Strong knowledge of investment data domains (instruments, portfolios, positions, transactions, performance, client and reference data).
• Proven track record owning a data product roadmap and backlog with senior stakeholder buy-in.
• Excellent requirements analysis, turning vague needs into clear data definitions and acceptance criteria.
• Confidently engaging with senior stakeholders and balancing competing priorities.
