We’re hiring for a UK Data Privacy Operations Manager!

As a UK Data Privacy Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring data privacy principles are embedded across all areas of our business in the UK market. You’ll be responsible for implementing privacy-by-design practices, managing compliance programs, and collaborating with senior stakeholders to support our mission of maintaining the highest standards of data protection. Responsibilities

What you’ll be doing
  • Implement and manage our Data Privacy Program in collaboration with global privacy leadership.
  • Ensure compliance with UK data privacy laws, particularly in adtech and advertising.
  • Work closely with the Global Data Privacy Office and Security Office to align privacy and cybersecurity strategies.
  • Conduct business process reviews to optimize the handling and use of personal data.
  • Oversee vendor due diligence assessments and ensure privacy compliance.
  • Assist with Data Privacy Impact Assessments and security risk assessments.
  • Provide training and compliance monitoring for GDPR and other data protection laws.

Qualifications

Skills we’re looking for
  • Established experience in adtech, digital media, risk management, or audit in a regulated industry.
  • Extensive professional experience, with solid experience in data privacy.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple initiatives.
  • Experience handling Subject Access Request disclosures is ideal.
  • OneTrust experience is essential.
  • Knowledge of information technology and privacy regulations.

  • IAPP certification (CIPP, CIPP/E, CIPM) preferred or willingness to obtain.
  • Ability to work with a globally distributed team.
