Job summary

Bruin in London seeks a VP-level Legal Counsel to oversee Data Privacy, Digital and Technology Regulation across UK and EMEA, advising on data protection, cyber security, AI and commercial matters.

The role provides strategic guidance to business units, helps shape regulatory responses, reviews contracts, and ensures compliance with GDPR, DORA and other global standards.

Qualifications

• Qualified lawyer with a Commercial and Data Privacy background.
• Experience with GDPR, IT & Cybersecurity.
• In-house financial services or private practice experience.

This will be a role at VP level and will provide strategic advice across the UK and EMEA covering a broad range of data privacy, digital, Cyber Security, AI and general Technology and commercial matters
