Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Data Practice Lead to own and grow a Microsoft Fabric data capability in London, with flexible work from home options. You’ll lead major client engagements, shape propositions around Fabric, Power BI, and AI, and build a high‑performing team across a growing practice.

You will drive discovery, architecture, delivery and value realisation, while collaborating with executives and Microsoft partner ecosystems to deliver measurable outcomes and profitable

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise Data, Analytics or AI consulting engagements.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric: data engineering, Lakehouse/Warehouse, governance and security.
• Power BI expertise: semantic modelling, reporting, governance and adoption.
• Broad knowledge of the Microsoft data ecosystem (Azure Data Factory, Databricks, SQL, Purview, Power Platform).
• Client facing delivery leadership with senior stakeholder management and risk/financials awareness.
• Presales experience including discovery, design, estimation, proposals and executive presentations.
• Commercial acumen balancing client value, delivery feasibility and profitability.
• Experience building teams, developing propositions or scaling a consulting capability.
• Practical understanding of AI and generative AI and business process integration.

Responsibilities

• Lead major client engagements from discovery through delivery and value realisation.
• Provide technical direction across data, analytics and AI programmes and ensure quality and outcomes.
• Shape proposals, run client workshops and contribute to go‑to‑market initiatives around Microsoft Fabric and AI.
• Recruit, mentor and develop consultants, establish reusable architectures and accelerators.
