Citi London is seeking a data-driven Product Specialist to join the Platforms & Data Services team. The role partners with business stakeholders to define data, analytics, and reporting needs and to drive the Core Accounts Transformation program across geographies.

You'll work with data scientists and engineers in an Agile environment, shaping solutions, influencing stakeholders, and delivering value through standardized data frameworks, reporting capabilities, and inclusive engineering

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Financial Services focusing on business analysis or platform modernisation.
• Knowledge of TTS technology ecosystem; Flexcube Core Banking preferred.
• Experience leading large-scale, multi-year technology transformations.
• Experience with large data volumes and data analytics basics.
• Ability to interpret technical documentation (ICDs).
• Business analysis skills, requirements and business cases experience.
• Familiarity with data management and modelling concepts.
• Process-minded with alignment to data architecture principles.
• Able to write user stories and groom Agile sprints.
• Strong problem solving, communication and stakeholder influence.

• Drive data and reporting standardisation for Citi's Core Accounts Transformation program.
• Design datasets as single source of truth for reporting and analytics.
• Capture data requirements with operations and product stakeholders.
• Provide thought leadership on resolving critical path problems.
• Drive cross-geography data transformation and economies of scale.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers in Agile SCRUM processes.
• Foster inclusion, diversity, and engineering excellence across the group.
