Job summary

Real Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Data Platform Product Manager in Berkshire, onsite 2-3 days per week for a 3-6 month contract. You will lead the delivery and adoption of a new enterprise data platform, working with Microsoft Fabric and Azure data technologies.

You will bridge business requirements and technical delivery, coordinating with data engineering, BI and architecture teams while engaging senior leadership to ensure measurable value.

Qualifications

• Proven PM experience in data, analytics or cloud platforms.
• Delivered enterprise data platform projects.
• Experience with data engineering, BI and architecture teams.
• Able to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing complex multi-workstream programmes.
• Strong knowledge of modern cloud data platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap and delivery strategy for the new data platform.
• Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, data teams and technology partners.
• Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories and delivery backlogs.
• Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and organisational objectives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.
• Work closely with Microsoft Fabric architects, engineers and data teams throughout implementation.
• Establish governance, adoption and success measures for the platform.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks and dependencies, ensuring successful outcomes.
