Job summary

Real is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead a major Microsoft Fabric data platform implementation. Location is Berkshire with 2–3 days on-site, on a 3–6 month contract starting early November, outside IR35. Rate is 600 per day, with delivery to align technical work with strategic business objectives.

You will own the product vision and roadmap, work with data teams and senior leaders, and drive adoption and governance across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Proven PM with data/platform delivery focus.
• Strong ability to bridge business and technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder and communications skills.
• Experience delivering enterprise data platform projects.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap and delivery strategy for the data platform.
• Act as the interface between business stakeholders, data teams and technology partners.
• Define and prioritise product requirements, user stories and backlogs.
• Ensure alignment between platform capabilities and organisational objectives.
• Drive stakeholder engagement across multiple business functions.
• Collaborate with Microsoft Fabric architects, engineers and data teams.
• Establish governance, adoption and success metrics for the platform.
• Support change management and user adoption activities.
• Monitor delivery progress, risks and dependencies to ensure outcomes.
