Job summary

ERM seeks a skilled Database & BI Engineer to maintain and evolve data infrastructure supporting finance systems, reporting and enterprise apps. You will help ensure reliability, scalability, and data accessibility across global teams.

You will lead complex database initiatives, optimize critical systems, and shape ERM’s modern data ecosystem leveraging SQL Server, Power BI, and Fabric.”

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in database/BI roles.
• Advanced expertise in Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong SQL, stored procedures, functions, views, and performance tuning.
• Data modelling and data warehousing knowledge.
• Experience with ETL/ELT tools and Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Ensure availability, performance, stability, and security of SQL databases and BI platforms.
• Support and optimize finance systems and reporting solutions.
• Develop data models, warehouses, and analytical solutions.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for insights.
• Develop Power BI reports and dashboards to support decisions.
• Advance Microsoft Fabric and modern data capabilities.
