Job summary

Radius is seeking a Lead Data Engineer to own and evolve our data platforms across a global organisation. You will design scalable pipelines and data models, mentor engineers, and collaborate with stakeholders to turn business needs into data-driven solutions.

You’ll shape architecture, drive data governance, and contribute to a strategy that enables AI/ML readiness while ensuring quality and security across the data estate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Data Engineer in complex environments.
• Strong understanding of ETL/ELT, data architecture, and data quality frameworks.
• Mentor and grow junior engineers and shape data solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to turn business needs into data products.
• Curiosity and a passion for turning data into meaningful business value.

Responsibilities

• Designing and delivering complex data pipelines and data models at scale.
• Mentoring and managing junior engineers, supporting their growth and performance.
• Collaborating with stakeholders to turn business needs into impactful data solutions.
• Driving development of our data platform, including AI/ML-ready architecture.
• Establishing best practices across data governance, quality, and security.
