Job summary

DGH Recruitment Limited is seeking an experienced Data Platform Manager to lead the strategy, delivery and ongoing operation of a modern enterprise data platform. This hands-on leadership role enables data-driven decision making, advanced analytics, AI, and BI across a large organisation.

The role focuses on owning the end-to-end roadmap, overseeing ingestion, storage, transformation and analytics, and ensuring governance, security and platform performance.

Qualifications

• Experience leading end‑to‑end data platform strategy, design, and operations.
• Proven ability to govern data with security, lineage, RBAC and compliance controls.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership across large organisations.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop the end-to-end data platform roadmap.
• Lead the design, delivery, and operation of data platform services.
• Oversee data ingestion, storage, transformation, analytics, and ML capabilities.
• Drive adoption of AI and advanced Analytics within governed environment.
• Ensure data governance, security, quality, compliance, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable data solutions.
• Manage platform scalability, operational support, vendor relationships, and capability development.
