Job summary

Warner Hotels is building a modern data platform on Snowflake and dbt. The Software Engineer (Data) will be a core hands-on contributor, building and maintaining pipelines, transformation models, and data quality frameworks that turn raw source data into trusted business intelligence.

You will work in a squad with the Data Tech Lead and offshore partners, contributing to the data engineering roadmap and to data products such as the Customer Foundation Model and the AI KPI dashboard; ensuring

Qualifications

• 2+ years in software engineering across front-end and back-end.
• Hands-on React/Next.js experience.
• Hands-on .NET (Core/.NET 5+) and C# experience; .NET 8 preferred.
• Experience building and deploying microservices on AWS.
• Experience with RESTful API design in a microservices architecture.
• Experience working in agile sprint teams, including with nearshore/offshore partners.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data ingestion pipelines into Snowflake.
• Develop and maintain dbt transformation models with staging/intermediate/mart layers.
• Develop and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines using Python and AWS services.
• Implement data quality tests within dbt and monitor data quality dashboards.
• Document data lineage and transformation logic for data catalogues.
• Collaborate with offshore partners and Data Tech Lead on delivery.
