Job summary

Royal Borough of Greenwich is seeking an experienced Data Lead – Partnerships to drive data-driven improvement across children’s services partnerships. You will lead data collection, analysis and reporting across SEND transformation, Experts at Hand and safeguarding programmes, shaping performance dashboards and information governance.

You will work with senior leaders, council services, health partners and education providers, developing resources and providing line management to the team.

Qualifications

• Experience analysing complex datasets for performance management and service improvement.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI for reporting and visualization.
• Solid understanding of information governance and data management.
• Experience presenting complex information to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of SEND improvement agenda and working in partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Lead data collection, analysis and reporting across partnership programmes.
• Develop performance management frameworks and dashboards.
• Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to support programme objectives.
• Act as lead contact for data governance across programmes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders, council services, health partners and education providers.
• Support and develop data resources within the team, including line management responsibilities.
