FinOps Weekly is recruiting a Data Ops Manager in London to lead the resilience, performance, and cost-efficiency of our Azure-based data platform. You will drive incident response, SLA enforcement, and stakeholder communications while guiding deployment oversight.

The role combines platform reliability with strong FinOps mindset, offering hybrid work options and a competitive package. Ideal candidates have hands-on Azure Synapse, Databricks, ADF, and Power BI experience.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership for large-scale data platforms.
• Experience in incident management and SLA enforcement.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Hands-on with Azure Synapse, Databricks, ADF and Power BI.
• Familiarity with CI/CD and automation.
• Solid FinOps/cost management background.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability frameworks.
