Job summary

Somerce Ltd, a London-based TikTok Shop agency, is seeking a data and systems coordinator to streamline data across live, shop, affiliate and ads. You will own the Google Drive, maintain permissions, and consolidate data into a single source for AI-ready workflows.

You will collaborate daily with finance, clients, and operations to ensure clean, well-organised datasets and reliable data flows that support scalable growth.

Qualifications

• Degree in maths, statistics, data science, economics, physics or similar.
• Strong spreadsheet skills.
• Excellent organisation and attention to naming conventions.
• Comfort chasing busy people to obtain files and numbers.
• Office-based in London or Manchester, embedded with teams daily.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild and own the Somerce Google Drive: one orderly tree covering finance, clients (internal and external), operations and platform exports, with clean, well-labelled sections.
• Check and maintain permissions constantly so the right people have access to the right things.
• Bring live, shop, affiliate and ads data together as one unified input, not separate versions owned by different teams.
• Clean up daily. Creative teams move fast and leave mess behind; you clear it every day so the base stays solid.
• Run exports and data pulls from TikTok Shop and our other platforms.
• Get clean datasets ready to feed our AI and agentic workflows as they roll out.
