Job summary

TikTok is seeking a curious, data-driven Marketing Operations & Analysis Project Intern to join our London team. You will support major research programmes, analyze survey data, and surface insights that shape marketing strategies.

This hands-on role offers ownership of projects from day one within a fast-paced, global tech environment. You'll develop practical data analysis skills, gain exposure to trend identification, and learn how insights inform strategic marketing decisions.

Qualifications

Strong data analysis skills with the ability to draw clear, actionable insights from complex datasets.
Confident Excel user — comfortable working with large datasets, pivot tables, and formulas.
Excellent written communication skills with a high level of attention to detail.
A genuine interest in marketing strategy or consumer insights.
A proactive, organised mindset and the ability to manage multiple workstreams at once.

Responsibilities

Support the management and optimisation of our Creator Survey, including programming and improving internal processes.
Run deeper analysis of survey results and brand health tracker trends, layering in audience data to identify broader patterns across key audience cohorts.
Proactively surface regional gaps and emerging marketing opportunities based on data trends.
Provide ad hoc support on team write-ups, trackers, and other collaborative deliverables.
Engage with stakeholders to communicate insights and support data-driven decision making.
