Job summary

RX Global is seeking a Data Operations Executive to coordinate, govern, and optimize data activities across the business. You will work with business and technical teams to ensure data requests are delivered with quality, compliance, and efficiency, enabling growth and innovation.

You will act as the central point of contact for data topics, drive improvements to data processes, and support strategic initiatives such as Data Strategy and Data Activation.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of data governance, data protection, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience coordinating data-related workflows and requests.
• Ability to perform root cause and impact analysis on data quality and process issues.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills in cross-functional environments.
• Understanding of data infrastructure and data flow concepts.
• Identify and implement process improvements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and technologies.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee operational data requests, ensuring timelines, quality, and compliance are met.
• Act as central point of contact for data-related topics across business and technical teams.
• Ensure alignment with data protection regulations and internal governance processes.
• Identify and resolve data quality and process issues, including root cause analysis.
• Drive continuous improvement of data processes and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.
• Support strategic initiatives such as Data Strategy and Data Activation activities.
• Conduct impact assessments for changes in data processes or requirements.
• Monitor data operations and mitigate risks related to quality, compliance, or delivery.
