Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to degree level in relevant subject or equivalent.
• Experience of working at a similar level in specialist area.
• Knowledge of administrative procedures, project management or information analysis.
• Significant knowledge of IT systems and software such as Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and validate information held within electronic case-management systems.
• Identify and resolve data-quality issues and produce routine/ad hoc reports.
• Support monitoring of activity, performance and statutory requirements.
