Job summary

Fitch Group in London is seeking a Senior Associate to join the Chief Data Office. The role provides business and operational support, coordinates activities, assists with budgeting, and contributes to decision-making through data analysis.

Reporting to the Programme Lead, you will track milestones, support financial reporting, and prepare materials for management meetings in a dynamic, AI-enabled tech and data environment.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and confidence working with financial, operational, or performance data.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems in a logical and organised way.
• Ability to work effectively with people across different teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Accounting, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Track programme milestones, actions, risks, and dependencies, and help maintain progress updates.
• Support budget management by tracking spending, monitoring budgets, and assisting with financial reporting and planning.
• Help collect and analyse data to support reporting on programme performance and business outcomes.
• Prepare presentations, reports, and materials for management meetings and discussions.
• Support ad hoc analysis, reporting, and other team initiatives as required.
