Job summary

Mbnsolutions is seeking an experienced Data Modeller to support a Government client in the UK. You will be hands-on with enterprise data modelling, producing and maintaining models with clear business definitions and documentation.

Key activities include working with stakeholders to agree consistent data definitions, and applying data governance, metadata, lineage and data quality practices in a regulated environment.

Active SC clearance required - active within the last 2 years

I'm looking for an experienced, hands-on Data Modeller to support a Government client.

Data modelling must be at the core of what you do. You'll bring strong experience personally producing and maintaining enterprise data models, supported by clear business definitions and documentation.

Key experience required:

• Conceptual, logical and physical data modelling
• Canonical data models and data domain modelling
• Enterprise information models
• Data dictionaries, entity definitions, relationships and business rules
• Master and reference data structures
• Hands-on modelling deliverables using erwin or PowerDesigner or similar
• Working with business and technical stakeholders to agree consistent data definitions
• Government delivery experience in regulated, governed environments

Experience in data governance, metadata, lineage and data quality would also be valuable.

This assignment focuses on hands-on enterprise data modelling, rather than data platform architecture or strategy-led architecture.
