Job summary

Intec Select Ltd is partnering with a large global education technology organisation to define enterprise-wide data structures during a major transformation. You will drive canonical data models, taxonomies and governance across legacy and modern platforms.

The Senior Data Modeller / Data Analyst will work with Data Engineering, Architecture and Product teams to ensure consistent enterprise data definitions and APIs, while maintaining governance artefacts.

Qualifications

• Experience in Education Technology or global SaaS is essential.
• Strong enterprise conceptual and logical data modelling experience.
• Experience across complex, multi-system environments.
• Knowledge of MDM, canonical/golden records and taxonomy management.
• Excellent SQL and data analysis capabilities.
• Experience with recognised data modelling tools.
• Understanding of APIs, integration patterns and event-driven architecture.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Knowledge of graph/knowledge-graph modelling would be advantageous.

Data Modeller

£500 per day | Outside IR35 | 12 Month Contract - Likely Extension

Hybrid - Stratford, London | 2 Days Onsite per Week

We are partnering with a large global education technology organisation operating across 100+ countries, generating more than £600m in annual revenue and engaging with over 2.5 million users globally.

The organisation is undertaking a major technology and data transformation, bringing its digital products onto a single global platform, supported by a shared data model, common taxonomy and canonical customer and learner records.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Modeller / Data Analyst to help define the enterprise-wide data structures underpinning this transformation.

Core responsibilities

Working closely with the Chief Data & Technical Architect, you will:
