Job summary

Next Ventures is seeking an experienced Data Migration Lead to own data migration activities across a major transformation or ERP programme. You will lead end-to-end migration lifecycle, from strategy and planning through data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and cutover.

The role will work with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams and third-party partners to ensure data is migrated accurately, securely and on schedule.

Qualifications

Experience delivering end-to-end data migration programmes.
Strong experience on ERP/CRM/HRIS transformations.
Proven data governance and data quality skills.
Experience with migration testing and cutover planning.
Excellent stakeholder management across multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

Define and own the overall data migration strategy, approach and roadmap.
Lead data migration activities across the full project lifecycle from discovery to go-live.
Assess legacy data sources, quality and dependencies and design the migration plan.
Coordinate migration workstreams across business, functional, and technical teams.
Oversee ETL/migration tooling and ensure secure, accurate data transfer.
