Job summary

The Engage Partnership Recruitment is seeking an experienced Data Lead to drive data workstreams on a major ERP transformation programme in the Birmingham area. You will define data migration strategies across manufacturing, supply chain, operations and logistics, and establish governance to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

You'll partner with senior stakeholders and SMEs, coordinate multiple streams, and lead with a focus on delivering high-quality data solutions that underpin a successful

Job description

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to join one of our client's business transformation projects.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the manufacturing operations data workstream within a large-scale ERP transformation programme.
• Define and deliver the data migration strategy across manufacturing, supply chain, operations and logistics.
• Establish data standards, controls and governance frameworks to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with business leaders, SMEs and project stakeholders to gather requirements and resolve issues.
• Coordinate multiple data workstreams, managing dependencies, risks and priorities.

You will have:

• Proven experience leading data workstreams within large-scale ERP transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of data migration, governance, cleansing and quality management.
• Experience working with ERP platforms and data migration tools.
• Understanding of ERP data structures, ETL processes, SQL and reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
