Job summary

The Manor Academy is seeking an Administrator to join the reception team. The role requires you to demonstrate an excellent understanding of administrative processes to enable the team to provide an efficient and effective service.

The successful candidate will join a dedicated, hardworking team in a permanent post. 37 hours per week across 41 weeks per year, grade 2 and salary £22,673 - £23,769 actual per annum.

Qualifications

  • Excellent understanding of administrative processes.
  • Education environment experience preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Keen eye for detail.

Responsibilities

  • Join the reception team and deliver an efficient, effective service.
  • Manage standard administrative tasks to support school operations.
  • Support safeguarding and office procedures as required.

The role:

The Manor Academy are looking for an Administrator to join the reception team. The Administrator role will require you to demonstrate an excellent understanding of administrative processes to enable the team to provide an efficient and effective service. The successful candidate will join a dedicated, hardworking team committed to providing an outstanding service.

The person:

The ideal candidate for this role will be able enthusiastic and hard working. Previous experience of working in an education environment would be preferred. The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills, both verbally and written, with a keen eye for detail.
