Job summary

EXL is seeking a SAVP – Data Management Engagement Lead in London. The role combines leading the delivery of Data Management engagements with establishing EXL's presence in Energy & Utilities and Travel & Transport sectors.

You will manage engagement delivery, budgets, and client relationships, with delivery leadership on site as required. The ideal candidate has 7+ years in BI/data warehousing, 3+ years in sector delivery, and strong leadership, with hybrid working in London and client-facing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business or IT, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
• 7+ years of professional experience with BI and Data Warehouse implementations and enterprise data management.
• Experience with Energy & Utilities and/or Travel & Transport organisations (e.g., energy retail and networks, rail, aviation, logistics).

Responsibilities

• 50% Engagement Delivery Leadership: lead delivery of data management engagements on client site as required.
• 25% Sector & Proposition Development: contribute to development of data management propositions for Energy & Utilities and Travel & Transport sectors.
• 15% Client Relationship & Growth Support: build trusted relationships and identify opportunities for expansion.
• 5% Team Support & Development: provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to engagement team members.
• 5% Other duties as assigned: support broader practice needs.
